CONDITIONS OF ENTRY * I have read and agree to abide by the Conditions of Entry for the 2011 Kodak Salon. The Kodak Salon is open to all Australian residents; Entries can include analogue and digital photography, DVD/film/video and 3D works; Entries must not exceed 80x80cm or 6,400cm/sq (this includes frames and/or series), video works must be looped; Works above this size will not be exhibited and no refund will be issued; The number of entries is limited to 4 per person. Entry forms must be completed and returned by 5pm Friday 18 March 2011. All entries will be acknowledged via email. Entry fees are non-refundable; Entrants are invited to submit a 3 MB JPG of their entry to be used for catalogue, promotion and on the CCP Kodak Salon Facebook page. Please note entrants who submit their image/s are subject to Facebook's terms and conditions as stated on their site (http://www.facebook.com/terms.php?ref=pf); Works must arrive at CCP on Tuesday 5 April 2011 between 9am—5.30pm or earlier by appointment only. Work will not be accepted after this date; Works should arrive at CCP clearly labelled on the back with artist's name, telephone number and title of work; Works that are hand delivered must arrive without packaging and be signed in upon delivery; A commission of 33.33% will be taken on all works sold; CCP will take no responsibility for changes made to catalogue entries; All work must be ready for installation. CCP advises against the use of clip frames and only accepts work that can be hung using the following methods: pins through prints, frames/canvas/lightboxes with D-rings or wire, mounted prints with batons. Any work deemed unsafe to hang will not be exhibited and no refund will be issued. Equipment including remote controls for screen-based and 3D work must be supplied by the entrant and installation requirements and insurance are the sole responsibility of the entrant. Adhesives that adhere directly to the wall such as double-sided tape and velcro, cannot be used; Artists must take responsibility for the transport of their work to and from CCP including insurance and secure packing for freighted work. Artists who mail or freight their work to CCP must supply return packaging and labels and arrange return transportation. Please note Australia Post does not offer a 'fragile' service; Please contact CCP for advice on installation and freight packing if required; All care will be taken however CCP will not be responsible for any loss or damage, howsoever caused; Artists with a series consisting of two or more images must arrange installation of their work; CCP reserves the right to make selections for the exhibition that may be determined by available space. In such an event, a full refund will be provided; Each entry will be shown unless deemed offensive, too fragile, dangerous or not ready for installation; If you are photographing children you must refer to protocols developed by the Australia Council (australiacouncil.gov.au) before entering the Kodak Salon; The decisions made by the judges and CCP in regard to installing and awarding prizes are final and no correspondence will be entered into; Prize winners will be announced at the exhibition opening and the results will be posted on CCP's website by 15 April; Prizes are not negotiable; Artists are required to supply CCP with a tax invoice or statement by a supplier if their work is sold; Works must be collected on Sunday 5 June 2011 between 1—5pm or Monday 6 June 2011 between 9am—5.30pm; Artists whose work is not collected during these times will incur a $50 late fee and an additional $50 fee for each week the work remains at CCP.
