CCP IMAGEBANK faq

1. how do i login to imagebank?

Your username is your first and last name. Eg. John Smith. Your password is your CCP membership number, which can be found on the back of your CCP membership card.

2. I get an error message when trying to login. Why can't I login?

If you are not a current member of CCP you will not be able to log in to the Imagebank. Your CCP membership may have expired. You can renew your membership through our secure online payments page. If you are a new member and have just joined the CCP your login may not have been added to the CCP Imagebank yet. Please allow 7 working days for your CCP Imagebank login to be processed.

2. Why won't my images upload?

• Check to make sure your image is either a JPEG or a GIF file

• Please make sure you have included the extension in the image file name (eg .jpg, .gif after the file name)

• The preview image must be 100 x 100 pixels high

• The image is 1MB or less in file size
